From Rebrand to Results: 115K Visits in Six Months
Polkadot
This project started with a client asking, “How much traffic can we get without publishing every week?” My answer: fewer posts, more structure.
Summary
After Polkadot’s rebrand and migration from Polkadot.network to Polkadot.com, the challenge was clear: rebuild traffic, trust, and domain authority from the ground up. Within six months, we turned a blank slate into a high-performing content engine.
What I did
Audited 70+ existing blog posts and cut dead weight
Rewrote cornerstone content with SEO-first architecture
Designed a new CMS-based layout in Framer
Built internal guides to keep the voice and UX consistent
What changed
Instead of chasing volume, we focused on clarity, links, and internal logic.
Result: ~1M reads per year — with under 100 articles live.
Not bad for a lean team that stopped publishing “because we should” and started publishing what works.
